Refund Policy
Please inspect your tubers immediately upon arrival and contact me at:
dragonmeadowdahlias@gmail.com no later than 72 hours if you have concerns. I use strict sanitation practices between each plant and cull any plants that look suspicious. However, I will not issue refunds for suspected virus etc. later in the season as there are so many variables once tubers are planted that is out of my hands and responsibility.
If there is storage loss between the time you purchased and shipping, I will notify you and refund the cost of the tuber.
Quantity Limits
On popular or limited stock items, I reserve the right to limit quantities purchased per household. Please, lets be fair and share :) If you order over the limited amount of a given variety, the extra item will be deleted from your order. Also, if I feel the order is suspicious, I reserve the right to cancel and issue a refund of your order.
