Orders: Once an order is placed, we cannot add or remove items. If you’d like additional items, please place a new order. At this time we cannot combine shipping or reduce charges on separately placed orders or orders from different sales. With that being said if you placed multiple orders very shortly after each other (same day) and I catch it...shipping time can be a crazy, I will do my best to put them together for one fee, If it has already been packaged for shipping I cannot refund shipping as postage has already been generated.

Cart Policy: Items in carts are not guaranteed until checkout is completed and you receive an order confirmation email.

Growing Guarantee: I guarantee our dahlia tubers will grow and be true to the varieties name, but being human - tag mistakes can accidently happen. If you received a tuber that ends up being mis-labeled once it blooms, if you are not happy with the different variety - please take a photo of the dahlia by October 1st, and I will refund you the price of that tuber.

Plant according to your (USDA Plant Hardiness zone) instructions.

Tubers should sprout within 5-6 weeks, but can take up to 8 weeks. Do not plant more than 4-6 inches deep.

I are not responsible for your growing/weather conditions, pest damage, or improper care. Your success is up to your green thumb, and Mother Nature.

Refunds for tubers, rooted cuttings, and seeds apply to purchase price only and do not include shipping fees or liability for crop failure.

Please open your order as soon as you receive it. (If it is being sent to a P.O.Box make sure you pick up the package in a timely manner.) * Tubers may have traveled a great distance and are eager to meet you! :) If you have a problem with your order, please reach out directly. Send me an email within 48 hours of receiving and opening your package. Thanks!

Reselling: Any resale of dahlia tubers, cuttings, or nursery products originally purchased from Dragon Meadow Dahlias voids all guarantees.

Ordering Process: Dragon Meadow Dahlias only accepts orders via our online store. We do not accept orders via mail or phone.

Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer at any time.
