1st... I am extremely grateful for your support, and want you to be happy with your order, and your growing season to be enjoyable so please reach out if you have any questions.

Orders: Once an order is placed, I'm unable add or remove items.

All items are for "1 TUBER" unless otherwise noted.

If you’d like additional items, please place a new order.

Postage: Shipping is currently $15.95 for your 1st order.

Note: Postage is continuing to get more and more expensive... but I am happy to combined shipping for multiple orders for a $3.00 addl. postage fee PER ORDER up until the ship date, (orders must have all the same info. : Name, email and shipping address (not billing).

Please EMAIL me with all your subsequent order #'s and I will refund additional shipping minus the $3.00 per addl. order, at the time of shipping. **My website software is unable to combine shipping fees.

Cart Policy: Items in carts are not guaranteed until checkout is completed and you receive an order confirmation email.

Helpful Hints:

Plant according to your (USDA Plant Hardiness zone) instructions.

Tubers should sprout within 5-6 weeks, but can take up to 8 weeks. Do not plant more than 4-6 inches deep.

I are not responsible for your growing / weather conditions, pest damage, or improper care. Your success is up to your green thumb, and Mother Nature.

Refunds & Cancellations:

Refunds for tubers and rooted cuttings apply to purchase price only and do not include shipping fees or liability for crop failure.

Please open your order as soon as you receive it. (If it is being sent to a P.O. Box make sure you pick up the package in a timely manner.)

Contact me via email within 4 days if you see an issue with your order. After 7 days the buyer accepts full responsibility for the tuber and I will not be held responsible.

Reselling: Any resale of dahlia tubers or cuttings, originally purchased from Dragon Meadow Dahlias voids all guarantees.

Ordering Process: Dragon Meadow Dahlias only accepts orders via our online store. We do not accept orders via mail or phone.

Right to Refuse Service: I reserve the right to refuse service to any customer at any time.
